ABOUT ENHANCED BILLIARDS
Enhanced Billiards is an online network serving professional, amateur, and recreational billiards players. We offer paid memberships, billiards-related retail products, and tournament-management software that venues use to organize leagues, teams, player registration, brackets, and results.
SPECIAL PAYMENT NOTICE
Payments processed through our website are limited to memberships, retail merchandise, and software access. Enhanced Billiards does not process wagers, tournament entry fees, green fees, prize-pool contributions, player-pot contributions, or prize payouts.
TOURNAMENT EVENT FUNDS
Any funds collected as prize money for a tournament event are collected, held, and distributed solely by the participating venue, host, or independent sponsor.
Enhanced Billiards does not collect, hold, process, manage, distribute, or pay out player-funded tournament prize money in any form. All entry fees, green fees, and player-pot contributions are arranged and collected independently by the participating venue or host.
RETAIL MERCHANDISE
Pro Shop payments are for physical billiards-related merchandise. Product availability, prices, shipping charges, and estimated delivery information are displayed at checkout. Customers should use Contact Us promptly regarding an incorrect, damaged, or defective item.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Refund requests are reviewed according to the item or service purchased and applicable law. Activated digital membership or software access may be nonrefundable once delivered or used, except where required by law.
Canceling a recurring membership prevents future renewal charges but does not automatically reverse a payment already processed. Merchandise return instructions are provided through Contact Us.
ENTERTAINMENT-ONLY GAMES
Fantasy Billiards, Bracket Battle, Spin the Wheel, and similar website activities are for entertainment purposes only. Enhanced Billiards does not accept wagers or process cash prizes through these activities.

The $7.99 Enhanced Billiards Membership provides the digital membership benefits displayed at purchase.
The $19.99 Enhanced Bracket Master Host Access payment is a one-time charge for permanent access to the organizer workflow,
Host Center, player-registration tools, and Enhanced Bracket Master.
Host Access does not include or guarantee event funding, sponsorship, green-fee assistance, or prize contributions.
PRIVACY
Enhanced Billiards uses account, order, Player Profile, and contact information to provide requested services, process orders, maintain security, and communicate with users. Payment-card information is handled by the payment processor.
Public Player Card information is displayed only according to the permissions provided through the Player Questionnaire. Privacy questions or requests may be submitted through Contact Us.
